I learned Yogic philosophy, spirituality, and lifestyle as a child by my immigrant parents and the larger South Asian community. As a child, my favorite asana was Savasana...which is still my favorite!
In young adulthood, I began a regular Yoga practice to heal from chronic health issues. After many years of practice and study, I earned my 500 hour Yoga Teacher credential. I practice from a perspective that honors all 8 Limbs of Yoga, with respect to this sacred spiritual practice rooted in Ancient South Asia.
I currently teach Yoga, including accessible movement, breathwork, and meditation in school and online settings. I accept donations and tiered pricing to sustain this offering. Donations received will be shared with a family farm in a rural South Indian village. Thank you for allowing us to support the people, animals, and land in which this ancient healing practice originates. We are humbled and grateful.
