For parents in need of an informal group to support your parenting journey in a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, nonjudgmental space. Parents of children with visible and invisible disabilities, chronic health issues, neurodivergent needs, social-emotional/highly-sensory needs, and/or learning needs encouraged to join! All are welcome! Formal diagnosis NOT needed to participate.

This group is offered in collaboration between Mountain Light Mindfulness, LLC and Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation. Affiliation with either organization is not necessary to join our group!
